0.9.0 — first build for the founding cohort

Everything in the product, shipped to the first ten agencies. Paste a job description to get a question set and a scorecard the whole team uses. During the call the guide ticks itself, follow-ups come from what the candidate just said, and the scorecard fills with their own words as evidence. When the call ends you get a submittal in your agency's template.
Two decisions worth naming, because they shape everything else. Evidence quotes are checked against the recording and deleted if they do not match, so a score with nothing behind it is capped and flagged rather than presented as a finding. And the transcript, the quotes, the candidate's name and the submittal are written to the recruiter's own computer and never uploaded — what reaches us is counts and durations, listed field by field on the security page.
